    As a vital member of the Weed on Wheels LLC caregiver team, your role helps ensure patients receive their medical cannabis safely, efficiently, and with the dignity they deserve. Below is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and how compensation works.

    🔑 Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Deliver to Patients:
      Safely and promptly deliver medical cannabis orders to assigned patients' homes. Professionalism and compliance are required at all times.

    2. Make Patient Calls:
      Communicate with patients to confirm order details, provide delivery status updates, and answer basic inquiries.

    3. Pick Up Orders:
      Retrieve medical cannabis from approved dispensaries, following all MMCP caregiver delivery protocols.

    4. Track Gas & Mileage:
      Maintain accurate records of mileage and fuel use during delivery shifts for reporting and reimbursement purposes.

    5. Product Sales – MYMAHDI MP3 Players:
      Promote and sell the MYMAHDI MP3 player, which comes preloaded with the WOW Spotify Music List (15 curated songs).
      Caregivers earn a 10% commission on each sale.

    💵 Delivery Fee Structure:

    Each delivery will include two charges to the patient:

    • Cost of medical cannabis (as charged by the dispensary)
      PLUS

    • Standard delivery fee based on the average rate of local rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.)

    💼 Compensation Breakdown:

    Caregivers will receive:

    • 75% of each delivery and service fee

    • Tips from satisfied patients

    • 10% commission on each MP3 player sold

    The remaining 25% of the delivery/service fee goes to Weed on Wheels LLC to help fund fuel reimbursement, emergency patient support, caregiver training, and program expansion.

    🤝 Additional Patient Services (PPS):

    When performing in-home services (cleaning, cooking, etc.) at the standard $16/hr rate:

    • $2 per hour is donated directly back to Weed on Wheels LLC
      (This helps keep services available to low-income, elderly, or disabled patients.)

That’s why we proudly offer our Patient Paid Services (PPS) through trained caregivers dedicated to compassionate, reliable in-home support.

    • Trash Removal

    We provide these services at an affordable rate of $16/hour.

    🤝 Supporting the Mission:

    To sustain our work and expand support to more patients in need, every caregiver participating in our PPS program donates $2 from each hour billed directly back into Weed on Wheels LLC.


    This donation helps fund:

    • Transportation for low-income patients

    • Emergency support services
